-Story: [1 out of 5] Like I said earlier, my honest recommendation to everyone interested in watching this movie is to watch only ‘deep water’ (unless watching 2 hours of Patience Ozokwor plotting and getting plotted after is your thing then please do proceed to watch the prequel). In my honest opinion, the story only exists in the sequel but then again it is an Uche Nancy movie and she has a penchant for time wasting in movies.
-Originality: [0 out of 5] The prequel ofcourse, has no aspect of originaliity whatsoever. The originality comes when the story begins. And the story begins in the sequel. Indeed it is a different approach to an overtold/over cliched story line.
-Predictability: [0 out of 5] Extremely
-Directing/Editing: [1 out of 5] As I always say, any movie in four parts can’t get past a 3. And this one was even especially annoying to me because the prequel was in no way necessary.
-Acting quality: [2 out of 5] I loved Yul and Mercy. I was happy to see Eve Esin in a non-ashawo role. That big boobed lady from the movie, “Miss Queen” returns in this movie (by ‘that big boobed lady’ I mean Ejine Okoroafor). She returns with as much talent as she had in the other movie (i.e. ‘none’) but I’d take her over Biola Ige any day. Olisadebe… ugh.. no! Walter was indeed manageable, not a bad actor actually. Patience ‘the beast’ Ozokwor, tore this movie up but then again practice makes perfect. Not only has she been acting in Nollywood for many years, she has also been acting the same role for many years. Ifunanya Igwe’s acting in this movie was a huge turn off for me. The spark was not there (no come ask me wetin be spark o!). I liked Halima in this movie even though she was still in the same gra-gra role she’s always in.
-Setting: [3 out of 5] Adequate
-Costume/Make-Up: [3 out of 5] Good. Lol @ Patience’s outfits. But regardless though, you can not but admit that Patience is really looking amazing for her age… wow! How many of her fellow actresses in the same age group can wear jeans like that and actually wear it (as opposed to the jeans wearing them)
-Props and Graphics: [3 out of 5] Ok
-Video Quality: [3 out of 5] Ok
-Audio Quality [3 out of 5] Ok
-Soundtrack: [3 out of 5] Nice
-Musical Score: [3 out of 5] Loved it
